Lung
cancer occurs in the tissues of the lungs usually.
The normal cells of lungs
become cancer cells and these cells also originate in the cell lining the
airways. It is found with the people who smoke regularly.
The major cause of
lung cancer is found with cigarette smoking. It does not occur immediately but
in due course of time, the normal cells grow abnormally thus causing lung
cancer.
There
is a probability for the passive smokers of being affected by lung cancer. The
passive smokers who come in direct contact with chain smokers regularly can
also get affected by this disease.
Loss of appetite, shortness of breath and
regular coughing are some of the major symptoms of this fatal disease.
