Zollinger-Ellison
Syndrome is a rare form of tumour found in the pancreas or the upper part of
the small intestine. The tumours produce the hormone gastrin, resulting in
excess production of hydrochloric acid in stomach, which leads to peptic
ulcers.
Symptoms
