Probably one of the most diverse of all the cancers, skin cancers affect most of the population than any other. 

The most apparent symptom is the change in the skin characteristics - color, appearance, softness, irritation and rashes. 

Skin cancers affect all the exposed regions of the body such as neck, face, arms, legs and scalp. 

Skin cancers are diagnosed as 

lump formation (irregularly shaped), 

persistent sores, 

bleeding, 

scalp and face pimple, 

pink or red patches on arms, face or neck, 

lip patches, 

irritation around the mouth corners, 

bleeding from the mole, 

foot bruises, 

nail streak, 

sensation and varying mole 

and lump size.
