Castleman Disease Symptoms: How to Identify Castleman Disease

Castleman disease is of two types:
Unicentric Castleman disease symptoms are:
Feeling of pressure in the abdomen or chest that can cause a difficulty in breathing or eating.
An enlarged lump under the skin in the armpit, neck or groin.
Sudden weight loss.
Cough
Anemia
Multicentric Castleman disease symptoms are:
Fever
Night sweats
Loss of the appetite
Vomiting and nausea
Sudden weight loss
Weakness
Fatigue
Enlarged peripheral lymph nodes, around the neck, collarbone, groin or underarm area.
Enlarged liver or spleen.
Damage of nerves in the hands and feet that leads to the numbness or weakness (peripheral neuropathy).
