Heart Valve Repair Surgery: Before & After Heart valve repair surgery

This procedure is a surgical technique to fix problems in heart valves in diseases that are valvular, and will provide an alternative valve replacement. Rather than changing of a heart valve which is artificial it is preferable to native heart valve repair.

Heart valve repair is generally used to treat stenosis which is often called narrowing or regurgitation which is also called leakage of the heart valve.

There are two techniques that are valvuloplasty and valvulotomy, and is performed as valve wise. In mitral valve and aortic valve and tricuspid valve repairs are done as it is been suggested by the surgeons.
