In this surgical procedure there

heart in a patient who is suffering from valvular heart disease.
When there is no functioning of
valves that are present in the heart then the medical choice is to replace an
artificial valve in place of natural valve. In this kind it is required of open
heart surgery.
The valve structure would be
transporting the blood to one chamber to another without any leakage and the
valves are integral to the physiological functioning the heart. Some cases may require
total replacement of the natural heart valve.
