Pemphigus

Pemphigus
It is an infrequent cluster of sweltering autoimmune illnesses that touch the mucous membranes and skin.In pemphigus, autoantibodies form in contradiction of desmoglein. Desmoglein forms the "glue" that ascribeshead-to-head epidermal cells via add-on points called desmosomes.

Symptoms
Painful sores that start in the mouth, skin sores that come and go; the swellings always occur near the superficial of the oozing, crusting, skin or flaking at the blister site

Diagnosis
Pemphigus is known by a dermatologist from the arrival and scattering of the skin lesions.

Treatment

If not cured, pemphigus can be deadly from an irresistible contagion of the sores. The greatest common cure is the supervision of oral steroids, especially prednisone, often in high amounts.
