Polycystic Kidney Disease

Polycystic kidney disease (PKD)

It is acongenital kidney illness. It origins fluid-filled lumps to form in the kidneys. PKD may damage kidney function and cause kidney letdown.

Symptoms
Discomfort or soreness in the stomach, blood in the urine, recurrent urination, pain in the sides, urinary tract infection (UTI), kidney stones.


Diagnosis
The whole blood count (CBC) observing for anemia or ciphers of infection, a urinalysis observing for blood or/and protein.

Treatment

Regulatory high blood pressure is the most significant part of cure. Pain medicine, blood pressure pill, antibiotics (to treat UTI), and the low-sodium (salt) food, diuretics to help remove excess fluid, surgery to drain cysts and help relieve discomfort.
